People who are usually included in the management committee meetings would most probably be holding key positions in the company. They are responsible for reporting and ensuring the proper function and contribution of their section, something that is relevant in the overall process of any organization.
Each department or section plays a significant role and the person tasked to do such would be the chosen head who will consolidate all reports for other departments and top honchos to analyze and evaluate.
The degree of responsibility that is instilled in most heads, usually managers, is quite important. For one thing, they would not be in that position if they are not qualified nor possess the proper skills to be able to handle the group. But once seated in that position, these organizational leaders should understand that the expectations will surely be high.
Performance evaluation and maximization from each department is important, considering that successful organization come from efficient cooperating departments and heads.
