Every year, the Internal Revenue Service has a busy schedule trying to facilitate and ensure that all taxpayers are accounted for. The tax collections of the IRS are necessary since the government relies heavily on the taxes they are able to gather. But make not mistake about it, there are tax evaders who will always try to avoid the IRS.
These people either refuse to settle or simply put, have no funds to pay the corresponding amount due from them because most of the funds are invested in business or have been spent on something else. There is also of course who would declare losses rather than income and such are common practices to avoid taxes from being deducted from their operations. Recognizing the authority vested in the IRS is something that does not sit well with most consumers.
However, whatever the case may be, the agreement needs to be enforced. While no one is really comfortable paying taxes, settling the categorical fees for tax filing needs to be done accordingly.
